Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 August 2026

These terms cover two separate things: browsing this website, and the general basis on which Webcomp Marketing takes on client accounts. Any given engagement’s actual scope, pricing and timeline live in that engagement’s own written proposal or contract, and that document overrides anything general written here.

Using this website

Everything on webcompmarketing.com — service descriptions, results referenced, pricing guidance — is provided as general information, kept as accurate as we can manage. Figures tied to a specific engagement (budgets, timelines, expected outcomes) should be confirmed with us directly rather than relied on from the site alone, since they shift by account and market.

Intellectual property

The design, copy and code that make up this site belong to Webcomp Marketing unless stated otherwise. Any client work referenced here — creative, campaign structures, results — remains the property of Webcomp Marketing or the respective client as set out in that client’s own contract, and is shown for illustration with permission.

Client engagements

Once you engage us, the scope, deliverables, reporting cadence, ad spend handling, payment terms and ownership of creative assets are laid out in a separate contract specific to that account. Principles we work by across engagements:

  • We agree a fixed scope and number before spend or work begins, based on what you’ve told us about the account.
  • Ad accounts, creative files and reporting access transfer to you on request or at engagement end, unless the specific contract states otherwise.
  • Work outside the agreed scope — a new channel, an additional campaign — is quoted and approved before it starts, never added to an invoice after the fact.

Payment and ad spend

Payment terms, including how ad spend is billed or passed through, are set per account in its own agreement. Where accounts fall into arrears, active campaigns may be paused until payment is current.

Limitation of liability

We manage campaigns and content to the best of our ability and stand behind the work, but outcomes like conversion rate, cost per acquisition or follower growth also depend on factors we don’t control — your offer, your market, platform algorithm changes — so we can’t guarantee a specific result. Our liability on any claim tied to an engagement is capped at the amount paid for that engagement, except where the law doesn’t allow limiting liability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with any dispute subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Changes to these terms

These terms get updated as our services or this site change. The date shown at the top of this page marks the most recent revision.
