Industries we serve.
Same in-house team, different playbook per industry — the channel mix, buying behaviour and reporting that matters shifts a lot between a real-estate developer and a B2B manufacturer. Pick your industry below for the specifics.
Why industry matters here
Same team, a genuinely different playbook per vertical.
Running the identical campaign structure across every client regardless of industry is the fastest way to optimise toward the wrong number. A real estate launch lives or dies on cost per booked site visit, not raw lead volume — a form-fill that never becomes a visit hasn’t moved a project any closer to selling. A design studio’s real metric is cost per booked consultation, since a click without a browse-through-the-portfolio moment rarely converts. An e-commerce account needs ROAS measured against actual product margin, not a flat target that ignores which SKUs are even profitable to advertise.
What stays constant is the team and the discipline — weekly review, in-house video, honest reporting on what’s actually working. What changes below is which metric that discipline gets pointed at, which platforms carry the budget, and how the content calendar gets built. Pick the industry closest to your business to see the specifics, not a generic pitch.
Performance Marketing
- Real Estate
A launch campaign for a project in Wakad and one for a project in Kharadi shouldn't run on the same targeting radius — we price and target each site on its own catchment, not a blanket Pune budget.
- Healthcare & Clinics
A patient searching for a specific condition is already trying to book — we build the campaign around that moment, not around a generic 'best doctor' ad nobody converts on.
- E-Commerce & D2C
We optimise toward delivered revenue, not just orders placed — because for an Indian D2C brand, those are two very different numbers.
- Education & Coaching
Budget weighted to when parents actually decide, not spread evenly across a year where most months don't matter.
- Interior Design & Architecture
Nobody hires a designer on impulse — campaigns built around real portfolio work convert a browsing visitor into a consultation booking, not a bounce.
- Manufacturing & B2B Industrial
₹50M+ managed a year in ad spend, including accounts built around a genuinely long industrial sales cycle — where the number that matters isn't cost per lead, it's cost per qualified opportunity.
- General (Pune, all industries)
Our office is in Pimple Saudagar — not a coworking address on a footer, an actual desk you can walk up to if a campaign needs a real conversation, not another status-update email.
Social Media Marketing
- Real Estate
A carousel of unit floor plans and a walkthrough Reel of the actual amenities do more for a launch than another rendered skyline shot — we plan the feed around what buyers actually want to see before a site visit.
- Healthcare & Clinics
A real walkthrough of your facility, shot by our own crew, builds more trust in thirty seconds than a stock-photo carousel does in a month of posts.
- E-Commerce & D2C
Content that reads like a customer shot it, not a studio — because that's what actually stops the scroll for a D2C brand.
- Education & Coaching
Content that builds parent trust before admission season, not a caption calendar posted for its own sake.
- Interior Design & Architecture
A feed of real finished projects, posted consistently, does more to win a design consultation than any single polished ad ever will.
- Manufacturing & B2B Industrial
Company-page content and thought-leadership posts built for procurement managers and engineers, not consumer-feed scrolling — with plant and product footage shot by our own in-house crew.
- General (Pune, all industries)
Our content team and our video crew work out of the same Pimple Saudagar office — a shoot day doesn't involve booking a separate vendor across town, because there isn't one.

These are the industries we've built dedicated pages for, not the limit of who we work with. Get in touch and tell us about yours — most of what changes between industries is the channel mix and reporting focus, which we scope on the first call either way.
FAQ
Questions about industry-specific work.
No — the targeting logic, the metric we optimise toward and the content plan all change by industry, not just the words on the landing page. A real estate account is judged on cost per booked site visit; an interior design account on cost per consultation; an e-commerce account on ROAS against actual product margin. Using the same playbook across all three would mean optimising the wrong number for at least two of them.
Real estate is a long, considered purchase — weeks of research, one big decision, corridor-specific targeting matters more than broad reach. E-commerce is closer to the opposite: shorter consideration windows, repeat purchase behaviour, catalog-driven ads that need to reflect live stock and pricing. The channel mix, creative format and even how often we review the account differ accordingly.
Tell us both on the first call and we'll scope accordingly rather than forcing you into whichever single page you landed on. A real estate developer running an in-house interior fit-out arm, for instance, often needs both playbooks running side by side, coordinated by the same team rather than treated as two separate accounts.
For the six industries listed on this page, yes — these are verticals we've actually run accounts in, not categories we picked because they sound broad. If your business falls outside all six, we'll say so honestly on the first call and tell you what we'd need to learn before quoting anything, rather than claim expertise we don't have yet.
The management fee structure is the same across every industry — 20% to 25% of ad spend, scoped against what the account actually needs. What differs is how much of that spend is efficient to start with: a category with a longer sales cycle or higher-value transaction (real estate, B2B manufacturing) often needs more budget to reach a statistically meaningful result than a lower-consideration category does.
